Before submitting a manuscript, please pay attention to the following rules, as the Editor has the right to reject the submission if there is significant non-compliance.

Manuscripts that have been processed and requested for revision or resubmission by the Editor but are not responded to by the Author within 3 publication issues (maximum 1.5 years) will be archived or deleted from the OJS by the Editor.
