This study aims to analyze the concept of Biblical inerrancy, namely the belief that the Bible as a whole is the true, accurate, and error-free Word of God in its theological truth claims, and to examine its correlation with the implementation of Christian Religious Education (CRE) within the family context. From theological and pedagogical perspectives, Biblical inerrancy serves as an irreplaceable foundation in shaping Christian thought patterns and character based on divine authority. The family, as the first and primary unit of faith education, holds the responsibility of instilling Christian values rooted in the Bible. Through a qualitative method using literature review and descriptive observation of CRE practices in Christian families, this study reveals that parents' understanding of the concept of Biblical inerrancy greatly influences the quality of faith formation at home. Families that uphold the Bible as the highest authority in daily life tend to carry out spiritual practices consistently, such as family worship, Bible reading together, and making decisions in accordance with Biblical principles. Conversely, a lack of firmness in believing in the truth of the Bible may lead to moral relativism in children’s faith education. Therefore, strengthening parents’ understanding of Biblical inerrancy must become an essential aspect of church ministry so that CRE in the family can be conducted holistically and produce lasting spiritual impact. In conclusion, there is a significant correlation between belief in Biblical inerrancy and the effectiveness of Christian Religious Education in today’s Christian families.
