Abstract

Currently, human life is in a new era called the era of science. The triumph of the industrial economy era has shifted to the information economy era. The development of technology in the field of communication has changed many things in human life. The environment moves so fast and dynamic. The development of communication technology can be seen in the presence of communication media. Communication technology not only makes it easier for humans to communicate but also affects the appreciation of faith in the family, which in turn has an impact on the life of the Church and society at large. Based on this, this study aims to find out the influence of communication technology on the development and growth of family faith. Therefore, this study aims to explore the influence of communication technology on the development of family faith. The method used in this research is a literature study. This study found that communication technology greatly affects the growth and development of faith in the family. So this research contributes to the important role of parents in growing and nurturing faith in the family
